Wine Chips (legal entity name pending) is responsible for your personal information in the Private Reserve Club at Wine Chips.

What we collect

• Name, email, phone, and — for home delivery — your home address.
• Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe; your card number never reaches us.
• Pickup and delivery events, and the emails we send you.

Who we share it with

• Wine Chips receives your name and contact details to run pickup and may contact you about the club, pairings and in-store offers. Texts are sent only if you opt in separately.
• Service providers: Stripe (payments and tax), SendGrid (email), our fulfillment and shipping partners, Cloudflare and our hosting providers.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from shop emails at any time; this is honoured per shop.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by replying to any club email.

Retention

• Consent and cancellation records are kept for at least 3 years.
